This diagnostic creates two real WebRTC peers in this browser and sends a generated 1 kHz tone between them. It reads actual received RTP packet counters.

It does not capture a microphone, play the tone through speakers, authenticate to a radio resource, test cloud signaling, or verify a physical radio. Use the receive connector and a separate dispatcher position for that acceptance test.
